CAMPAIGNS

Imagination Headquarters offer a range of bespoke professional services. These run on 30 day cycles on a month-by-month basis. Clients can choose from a combination of Digital Content Marketing, Public Relations, Prominence & Reputation Management, Journalism & Copy Editing, Digital Web Editing, Social Media Management, SEO and Creative Direction. SOCIAL MEDIA

 

All our social media posts are made daily (from Monday to Sunday, unless stated otherwise) and without any automation software. This enables us to publish your content with the best quality, at the optimum time. Depending upon your brief, industry and target market – you can request for content to be published on a range of channels; Facebook, Facebook Live, X, Instagram, Instagram Live, Google Business, YouTube, YouTube Live, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Live (B2B / B2C), Vimeo, Tumblr and Pintrest.

 

Level I

 

1 daily post on any of the four channels listed above (excluding ´Live´ options). Clients must provide all assets / material (images, graphics, artwork and streaming-media) to an industry standard, complete with all copyright permissions. This portfolio is subject to clients requirements, but we recommend implementing at least Facebook, X and Instagram as the primary channels.

 

Level II

 

1 daily post on any of the four channels listed above (excluding Facebook Live and Instagram Live). Clients must provide all assets / material (images, graphics, artwork and streaming media) to an industry standard, complete with all copyright permissions. This portfolio is subject to clients requirements, but we recommend utilizing YouTube, LinkedIn (B2B / B2C), Vimeo and Tumblr as the secondary channels.

 

SEO Integration

 

This is a specialised add-on daily service for the daily-optimising of all social media posts and the profile of the subject. As well as ´Reflexive´ SEO-tagging, daily submissions to Google directories as a Google Business / Google Plus optimised post will also be made. When correctly optimised and implemented, this can see  organic ´reaches´ increased by up to 300% after one marketing sector. This service is limited to six channels in total (excluding Google Business) across the month. All our SEO strategies are set out in accordance with Google and good practice guidelines. We only ever undertake ´White-Hat´ compliant SEO practices.

 

Streaming Media

 

This is a specialised add-on monthly service for multi-media files. This enables the administration, distribution and SEO indexing of video / streaming media; normally from Facebook / (Live) and Instagram / (Live). Additional channels such as YouTube Live and LinkedIn Live can also be supplemented, depending upon the clients brief and requirements. This service is limited at three weekly uploads. The client will also be responsible for providing all optimised multi-media files, complete with associated copyright permissions.

 

STORY TELLING

 

This premium monthly service is a combination of all four streams above. Story Telling takes social media ´posting´ one step further and creates a captivating reportage of daily routines / digital-diaries.  This concept harnesses Integrated marketing Communications alongside strategic social media posing and turns these channel environments into a daily digital-series with complete ´episodes.´ This service is especially effective for celebrities or a company / brand looking to achieve an ongoing narrative or increased following for its services. Story Telling includes full weekly channel propagation on six social media channels with full SEO integration, ´Reflexive´ & ´Piggyback´ tagging and Google directory publications. Three weekly ´streaming media´ posts are also allocated to Facebook Video and Instagram alongside three weekly visual ´Facebook Story´ and ´Instagram Story´ posts for the ultimate in prominence and reputation management visibility. Clients must provide all assets / material (images, graphics, artwork and streaming media) to an industry standard, complete with all copyright permissions.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA ADVERTISING

BLOGGING

 

This involves the submission of a fully researched and optimised ´web-blog´ for publication within the portal of a client or a third-party site. We liaise with the client to develop a clear narrative; then research, produce and edit an industry standard SEO enabled blog post of around 500 words. Clients must provide all assets / material (images, graphics, artwork and streaming media) to an industry standard, complete with all copyright permissions. Within a monthly package, there will be an allocation of four blog posts made, with one being uploaded each week, unless otherwise requested. This can be a mix of tending and evergreen content.

 

PROMINENCE MANAGEMENT & PUBLIC RELATIONS

 

Level I

 

The submission of an industry standard press-release of around 350 words. An A4 size fact sheet of bullet points will also supplied with the document. This will be optimised for both traditional and digital formats. Clients must provide all assets / material (images, graphics, artwork and streaming media) to an industry standard, complete with all copyright permissions.

 

Level II

 

A service which can take place within the ´digital´ media domains. This involves ´Piggy-Back´ posting onto third-party media channels that have been recognised within the target market  segmentation analysis. This level of service will also take into account media management, on-line enquiries, housekeeping, post interactions and follow-up communications (both by phone and e-mail). This will take care of all actions deemed necessary to professionally record interest and engagements from channels relating to Imagination Headquarters, client databases or third party media-community portals.

 

Level III

 

The design and preparation of digital SEO content of no more than 350 words for integration into an e-marketing application such as Mail-Chimp. Clients must provide all assets / material (images, graphics, artwork and streaming media) to an industry standard, complete with all copyright permissions with which to integrate into the text. An automated report will confirm all the campaign statistics achieved. Depending upon the popularity of the product and the size of the database, it is recommended to undertake this service monthly / bi-monthly, to avoid spam mail.

 

STRATEGIC JOURNALISM

 

This involves the submission of a fully researched and SEO optimised feature article for print within a named publication. Depending upon the print conditions, this word count can be between 600-3000 words. A suitable opportunity can be sought from the clients brief or from an existing database of company titles. We then liaise with the client and the publication to develop a common narrative. This involves investigating current trends (predicting, evolving and ´Cool Hunting´) to research and prepare an industry standard SEO enabled article with which to further refine and edit the submission for final publication.
